Attitude, Integrity, Maturity (AIM)

Attitude. Integrity. Maturity (A.I.M.)

A.I.M. Mentoring Program is a peer leadership program for junior high and high school students. A.I.M. stands for Attitude. Integrity. Maturity. These values guide everything we do and shape the leaders we help develop.

Through positive mentor–mentee relationships, students grow academically, socially, and personally. Older students are trained to model positive behavior and support younger peers both inside and outside the classroom. A.I.M. is more than mentoring — it builds character, confidence, and leadership.  Students don’t just participate — they learn to: lead with consistency and integrity.

We don’t just mentor students. We develop leaders.
